
Job Responsibilities
- Creating Digital Marketing strategies in accordance to client goals and requirements.
- Creating strategies to increase online traffic, generate leads, remarketing strategies for the client’s growth.
- Designing and overseeing the different aspects of the digital marketing department, which includes emails, creating and maintaining database, displays, and advertising campaigns.
- Collect all artwork required for ads and get it approved for publication on digital platforms.
- Plan and manage various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Quora, Pinterest, Google, Reddit etc.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Tracking the conversions and improving the percentages and numbers.
- Improving the user experience on the company’s website which includes design, content and usability.
- Monitoring sales results and making adjustments to marketing plans as needed to increase exposure and sales.
- Prepare accurate reports and analyse the performance of the marketing campaigns. Accordingly, they should take action after understanding what went wrong.
- Coordinate with different departments to improve the overall results.
- Manage, train and supervise the rest of the team.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies emerging in the market. They should also respond to them quickly.
- Evaluate the important metrics which affect the traffic website, target audience, and service quotas.
- Work with the team daily to brainstorm innovative and new growth strategies.
- Reach out to departmental managers to gain key insights into advertising possibilities.
- Manage and oversee all different contests, digital projects, and giveaways properly.
- Collecting and evaluating customer feedback data regularly.
- Evaluating competitor’s Digital Marketing strategies, creating plans and providing suggestions to perform better.
- Review and create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Digital Marketing and advise on opportunities for improvement.
- Manage employee performance and assists employees in making improvements to their performance through coaching, mentoring, training, skill development, and administering performance reviews.
- Ability to be collaborate with cross-functional peers, managers, subordinates, and partners to achieve business results.
- Managing the data and creating ad reports for the clients.
- Continue your education in digital advertising and identify new strategies and tactics to maximize brand visibility.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing major or a relative field is a must having certificates/ Courses in digital marketing field.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in advertising and digital marketing.
- Needs to be experienced with Google ads, Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads etc.
- In-depth knowledge of different social media platforms, website analytics, and best practices.
- Good knowledge of different digital marketing channels and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
- Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results
- Good at problem-solving, writing skills and has great analytical skills
- Highly creative in work, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry and technologies in the market.
- Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
- Having an understanding of CSS, HTML, JavaScript would be an advantage.
